Director of Sales and Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with potential clients, maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the potential client purchases.
  • Prospects for, presents to, and serves as the key relationship for all clients, current and future. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments and appointments into closed sales.
  • Responsible for keeping the team updated on the progress of major potential accounts and advising when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution.
  • Consults with clients to ensure they're satisfied with their experience and to answer any questions.
  • Responsible for regular communication with executive team to include progress reports and feedback from sales and support activities.
  • Responsible for solving or routing support requests as the initial point of contact.
  • Responsible for keeping development team updated on any application-related issues.
  • Develops expert knowledge regarding Pipeline Wizard and its competition.
